Ivan Warnes appointed President’s Chief Representative in the Middle East.
Taylor Woodrow International’s commercial director is set to assume a major role on behalf of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
Abu Dhabi based Ivan Warnes will represent ICES’s present in the Middle East.
Commenting on the appointment, ICES chief executive officer Bill Pryke said: “I am delighted Ivan has agreed to become our president’s representative in the Middle East.”
“He has a huge amount of experience working in the area, and his knowledge will be invaluable as we look to provide important support to civil engineering surveyors overseas.”
With a history dating back to 1969, ICES is an internationally renowned centre of excellence in the art and science of civil engineering surveying.
Ivan, who is responsible for the commercial aspects of Taylor Woodrow’s operations in the Gulf region, has been a member of the institution’s management council for several years and is a former chair of ICES UAE.
