Taylor Woodrow secures £100k investment in quality training

The Taylor Woodrow team are enhancing their investment in quality over the coming year, having secured £100k of the CITB’s Leadership and Management Fund.

The fund will support Managers and Supervisors working on the ground, who play an integral role in delivering a quality result for our clients, and value for all of our stakeholders. It will help deliver a skills development programme that is focussed around supporting these individuals in their planning, communication, and decision-making processes.

The programme was developed by the Get It Right Initiative (GIRI) – a group of industry experts, organisations and businesses, which Taylor Woodrow is part of, who are all invested in eliminating error and improving the UK Construction Industry.

Robin Gibson, Taylor Woodrow’s Head of HSEQ said: “We are really excited by this fantastic news. By securing this funding, we can accelerate our journey towards a truly positive quality culture. Whilst we know that any training is not the solution on its own, we see it as vital in ensuring that our key team members have the tools and understanding to be able to provide continuously improving quality for our clients and all stakeholders.”
