Lean thinking focuses on increasing value for the customer while employing fewer resources and creating less waste. We members of the Lean Construction Institute UK, which supports research into and dissemination of Lean construction principles and best practice with a view to continually improving public sector construction.
New Engineering Contract (NEC) User Group
NEC Contracts inspire mutual trust and collaboration throughout the supply chain. Being a part of this group enables us to exchange knowledge and best practice with NEC users around the world.
Supply Chain Sustainability School (SCSS)
As part of VINCI Construction UK, we are partners of the SCSS. The School is a collaboration between clients, contractors and suppliers who have a mutual interest in building the skills of their supply chain. Partners pay for the School, so it's free for supply chain to use.
