Taylor Woodrow Plus has been awarded this early works contract which is part of a long-term aim to create a high-quality dual carriageway link between London, the south east and the south west.

Preparatory works are well-established and include ground investigation, archaeological trial trenching and numerous environmental surveys to inform design proposals.

The project has included a statutory and supplementary consultation on the proposals ahead of submission of the scheme’s Development Consent Order application to the Planning Inspectorate.
