This project sees the construction of a 190,000㎥ liquified natural gas (LNG) tank as part of a programme to expand the capacity of what is the largest LNG terminal in Europe.

VINCI Construction subsidiaries Entrepose Contracting, VINCI Construction Grands Projets and Taylor Woodrow are working together to construct this 190,000m3 LNG tank on behalf of client National Grid.

The tank will be around the size of the Royal Albert Hall and is due for completion mid-2025.

The project builds on VINCI’s vast experience in the sector, having constructed approximately 20 LNG tanks worldwide over the past 15 years.
