Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) for the design development of strategic infrastructure to support construction of 10,000 homes.
Part of Enfield Council’s £6Bn Meridian Water development, this project involves the remediation of the existing site and the construction of roads, bridges and flood mitigation measures; as well as electricity, gas, communications, water connections and new landscaped parkland areas.
Successfully delivering the infrastructure on the site will be a major step forward in what will be a transformational plan for the area, providing homes, jobs and parkland for the lasting benefit of the borough’s residents.
