Delivering the strategic infrastructure that will facilitate ongoing plot development for one of London’s largest regeneration projects.

Construction follows on from the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA), which saw Taylor Woodrow develop a sustainable design and construction solution for Enfield Council as well as initiate early engagement with key supply chain partners.

The project will maximise the potential of what is currently vacant or low-density industrial land.

There are significant social value targets to be delivered in the area. The team has plans and ambitions to collaborate with supply chain partners to exceed these, whilst building the foundations for a legacy that continues to benefit local people and businesses well beyond project completion.
