Office Manager
Location: Bletchley
Project: Bletchley Depot
Job Role:
Taylor Woodrow are recruiting for an Office Manager to join our team responsible for the upgrade of Bletchley Rail Depot.
Reporting to
the Senior Project Manager, the Office Manager will be responsible for
supporting the site team with all office management; preparation of reports,
site inductions as well as any other adhoc administrative tasks.
Duties:

Support the site team with collating all the daily, weekly and monthly
reports using Field View
·
Chase site teams for information for reporting as well as issuing
progress reports
·
Assist with booking
inductions for new starters
·
Management of
timesheets for weekly paid staff liaising with payroll
·
Procurement of office
consumables, PPE and site materials - managing stock levels as per requirements
·
Ensure that all office
facilities and consumables are maintained in an organised manner
·
Plan, organise and
where appropriate implement functions / events / conferences within budget
·
Book and facilitate
the organisation of meetings, including the provision of refreshments where
required
·
Maintain and manage
diary schedules for the senior management team
·
Utilise the online
booking system in conjunction with the company’s travel agent to book travel
and accommodation
·
Deal with confidential
information in a professional and discreet manner
·
Use of company IT
systems, i.e. the IT Portal to assist the project team
Person Specification
·
Previous experience as
an Office Manager or Senior Administrator is essential
·
Knowledge of the
construction, engineering or manufacturing industries is advantageous but not
essential
